Job description

Endodontist $40K Sign-On 50% of Collections

This is a well-established private practice. The area offers no competition or saturation, with a low cost of living.

Position Highlights :

  • Procedures : Primarily root canals, with some endodontic retreatment, surgery, and trauma cases.
  • Schedule : Flexible
  • Support Staff :
  • 5 total staff : 3 assistants, 1 coordinator, and 1 office manager
  • 1 assistant dedicated to you; others rotate
  • Third-party billing team in place

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Collections : 50%
  • Sign-On / Relocation Bonus : $40,000
  • Malpractice Insurance : 100% covered
  • Benefits :
  • Comprehensive health and dental
  • 401(k) with 4% match (if you contribute 5%)
  • PTO
  • Annual CE stipend (100% of AAE covered)
