We are seeking a DirectorOfFinance. This individual will play a key role in overseeing corporateaccounting, financial reporting, and tax reporting, with exposure to privateequity and real estate investments. Working closely with the CFO of a well-known international commercial real estate brand, this is an exciting leadership opportunitywith potential for growth.

This role is available due to an upcoming retirement.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeaccounting, reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities and realestate / private equity investments
• Preparecorporate budgets and manage quarterly lender reporting
• Managecorporate cash flow, invoicing, receivables, and owner distributions
• Overseepayroll, 401k, and worker compensation audits
• Assistwith tax planning and estimates for ownership
• Ensurecompliance with treasury activities and internal controls
• Superviseaudits for corporate entities and investment funds
• Supportcapital planning and structuring of acquisitions and joint ventures
• Preparereports and analyze industry trends
