Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic division of a globally recognized, publicly traded company. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a large organization while working in a specialized team focused on distributing ice machines to the food and beverage industry. Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle inside sales, processing orders and verifying POS details, confirming pricing and creating shipping orders, handling accounts receivable (collections, receivables management), providing customer support and assisting with AP tasks (answering phones, resolving inquiries), reviewing and maintaining accurate sales reporting to ensure data integrity, and collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
