What You'll Do

  • Own and review general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and provide insights to management.
  • Help design and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Leverage NetSuite to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as the company scales.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward certification is a plus).
  • 3-6 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or a product-based industry.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
