Location : Costa Mesa, CA (In-Office)

Hours : Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities :

• Handle high-volume data entry with ease (10-key mastery)
• Confidence with vendors / contractors
• Lead process improvements & mentor others
• Navigate Vista ERP like a champ (or willing to learn)
• Come with construction experience (non-negotiable!)
