About this opportunity
This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer questions, concerns and inquiries through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential. The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.50 to $23.00.
What your role will look like
Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiriesTake incoming calls from Service Technicians and provide servicing and dispatch supportTimely and accurate managing of the service call scheduling and dispatching.Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfactionPrepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accountsFiling of customer documentation in appropriate foldersWhat you’ll bring to this role
Education : Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalentExperience operating a multi-line / function phone systemMust possess general knowledge of applicable codes to assist techniciansDemonstrate ability to read and write in English and perform basic math skills.Demonstrate ability to multi-task.Demonstrate reliability and good customer service skills.Apply now to heat up your career at Eastern!
