Overview

Summary : Seasoned Quality leader with experience in developing, implementing, modifying, and continuously improving Quality processes. Demonstrated experience with focus on improving product quality and customer experience. Demonstrated and hands on experience with ISO9001, document control, and change management is a must.

Responsibilities

• Skilled problem-solving skills utilizing data to drive continuous improvement activities in process quality, cost reduction, and customer experience.
• Evaluate and drive improvements in ISO system and practices.
• Strong analytical and statistical acumen to solve problems and drive improvement.
• Relentlessly drive corrective and preventive actions with a sense of urgency.
• Develop a team passionate about quality that works cross-functionally to improve all aspects of product Quality and Quality system optimizing productivity.
• A positive contributor and a change agent.
• Own all aspects of Quality including process and systems.
• Develop and drive training programs to improve Quality practices across the company.
• Experience managing calibration program both in-house and outsourced model.
