What You’ll Do

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and guide them through their entire hearing journey.

Obtain hearing and health histories, perform screenings, and assist with advanced hearing evaluations.

Support audiologists in fitting and programming hearing devices — including Earlens Direct Contact Devices and acoustic hearing aids.

Educate and inspire patients to take action on their hearing health, including confidently presenting hearing aid solutions and closing sales.

Meet or exceed individual and clinic-level sales goals by following our proven service and sales model.

Troubleshoot devices, manage follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional patient experience every step of the way.

Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily clinic operations to keep things running smoothly.

Collaborate with your team to achieve both patient satisfaction and revenue targets.
