Mossy Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Advisor to own our customer's experience in the service lane. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and service repairs / maintenance.
Responsibilities include establishing long-term positive relationships with customers, overseeing the flow of the Drive Lane, taking ownership of the customer's experience, providing concierge support, determining progress of repair / service orders, and ensuring comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicles.
Qualifications include an organized and friendly personality with high energy, proven track record of achieving goals, time management skills, fantastic communication skills, professional appearance, clean driving record, and valid CA Driver's License.
Base Pay Range
$16.50 / hr - $21.00 / hr, plus commissions. Expected average annual earnings with commissions are approximately $45,000 to $67,000.
