In this Role :

Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Develop and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Engage with customers and colleagues through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.

Exhibit a passion for achievement, bringing a strong internal drive and a goal-oriented attitude to succeed.

Educate and inform customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand their loans, terms, and options available.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Bilingual - Spanish.

The target base salary range is $20.00-$23.00, based on various factors including skills and work experience. This role also qualifies for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.

Location : On-site.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays.
