We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary / Middle School Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. As an Elementary / Middle School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young students, fostering a love for learning, and providing them with the essential skills and knowledge needed for their academic and personal growth.

Your enthusiasm for education, creativity in lesson planning, and ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment will be highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities :

Curriculum Development : Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.

Adapt lessons to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.

Classroom Management : Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.

Effectively manage classroom behavior and create a culture of mutual respect.

Instruction : Deliver engaging and interactive instruction that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation.

Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.

Assessment and Feedback : Assess student progress regularly using various assessment tools and techniques. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to help students improve their academic performance.

Differentiated Instruction : Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with individualized education plans (IEPs) and English language learners (ELLs).

Parent and Community Engagement : Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, conferences, and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with the school community to create a supportive learning environment.

Professional Development : Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and stay updated on best practices in education.

Participate in school-wide professional development activities.

Classroom Resources : Manage classroom materials, resources, and technology effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students.

Safety and Compliance : Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times. Adhere to school policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • State teaching certification or licensure (if applicable).
  • Previous teaching experience in an elementary or middle school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional methods, and classroom management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
