The Nurturing Tree Early Learning Academy is looking for a Full-Time Lead Teacher!

Duties

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff, contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents / guardians regarding child progress, classroom updates, and needs.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
• Ensure a healthy environment for the safety of the children
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
• Help prepare and serve meals and snacks, overseeing mealtime routines.
• Create and maintain a safe, warm, and inviting classroom that is clean and organized.
• Achieve center goals by collaborating with team and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement initiatives.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds (e.g., lifting children, supplies, or equipment).
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and sit on the floor for extended periods while engaging with children.
