The VP of Analytics will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy that drives insight into customer behavior, financial performance, marketing effectiveness, and product usage. This executive leader will be responsible for optimizing key subscription metrics, including customer lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), bookings, billings, and GAAP revenue.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to design and deliver actionable insights, with a focus on customer segmentation, price elasticity analysis, churn prediction, and website analytics.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

• Lead and grow a high-performing analytics and data science team to support strategic decision-making across the business.
• Develop and own models and dashboards to track and optimize LTV : CAC ratio, MRR, bookings, billings, churn, and GAAP revenue.
• Conduct in-depth customer segmentation to identify high-value cohorts and inform personalized marketing and retention strategies.
• Analyze price sensitivity and elasticity to optimize subscription pricing across products, customer types, and geographies.
• Partner with marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve customer acquisition targeting and ROI.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user behavior and engagement via website analytics, conversion funnels, and feature usage data.
• Deliver insights that improve customer retention, upsell / cross-sell, and product development.
• Establish strong data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data across the organization.
• Present key findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
