Warehouse Worker / Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Worker / Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages and service calls, and inputting orders into our system. You will also be responsible for dispatching technicians, emailing customers to request payment or purchase orders, and inputting product transfers to replenish trucks.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and transfer phone calls, taking messages and service calls.
• Input orders into the system and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Email customers to request payments or purchase orders.
• Input product transfers to keep trucks replenished.
• Engage in customer service interactions with clients purchasing hoses.

Work Environment :

This role operates in a warehouse environment with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The position requires significant customer interaction and standing throughout the day, alongside strong computer skills.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
