Job Title
Assists the Regional Field Sales Manager with customer and rep sales functions, to increase oversales in assigned markets by focusing efforts on rep and customer response time in conjunction with the Manager by understanding of the customers' expectations in Hospitality. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area :
Assist in sales effort to organize and close projects in conjunction with the Regional Sales personnel and TempurSealy Independent Sales Representatives to obtain sales objectives. Provides on-going sales feedback to their assigned Regional Manager and V.P of Hospitality. Works cross functionally to help resolve customer facing issues. Must maintain a top customer list (South and North Carolina) and report Monthly to regional sales manager. Must maintain a top project list and report weekly to regional sales manager. Demonstrate use of divisional sales strategy to influence and align customers to reach company goals. Build strong relationships both internally and externally. Acts as a liaison between the regional sales team and independent reps. Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Must demonstrate dependability and initiative. Communicate directly to reps on key account orders.
