Evolent is seeking an experienced health care director / senior director of product management to help Evolent partner with provider organizations to integrate value-based medical oncology care opportunities into physician, nurse, pharmacist, and staff workflows within their electronic medical record (EMR). You will be a part of a cross-functional Evolent team that serves as a pivotal strategic partner to health systems and oncology practice groups.

Key responsibilities :

• Drive EMR-first value-based care enablement strategy
• Partner with Evolent engineering to define and build EMR integration capabilities
• Support provider partner growth opportunities

Technical requirements :

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home : high speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
