Vermont Project Manager - Commercial + Multifamily

The Vermont - Project Manager - Commercial + Multifamily will be responsible for :

• Manage all phases of commercial and multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and approve project plans, contracts, and change orders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
