Work Schedule :
- Week 1 : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- Hours : 7 : 15 AM to 3 : 45 PM
- No holidays or weekends required

As a Cardiac Rehab RN, you will provide direct nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and protocols. You will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating care across disciplines, and ensuring patients receive high-quality, evidence-based nursing care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and monitor patient care plans while documenting and communicating patient conditions effectively.Act as a primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care.Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.Assess and plan for patients' discharge needs, collaborating with the healthcare team.Utilize evidence-based practices in nursing care pertinent to patients' age and clinical requirements.Adhere to professional nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics.Maintain constant alertness and adhere to safety protocols in all duties.Perform additional related responsibilities as needed.Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent education for licensingMinimum of one year of registered nursing experienceCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart AssociationRegistered Nurse (RN) licensure in the respective state of practicePhysical Requirements :
