Install and configure software and hardware.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls and backups.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Resolve client and personnel IT queries remotely via email and phone, or at the office.
- Prioritize and resolve IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
- Build an internal technical documentation, manuals, IT policies and end-user guidance.
Requirements and skills :
- At least three years of experience as a System Administrator and End-User Support
- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup / recovery
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- BSc / BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
