Dueall Construction is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of luxury residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Florida. Here’s the work you get to do :

• Project Planning & Scheduling : Create and manage detailed construction schedules, ensuring all activities are planned, tracked, and adjusted as needed to meet project goals.
• Site Management & Oversight : Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is executed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Budget & Cost Control : Manage project budgets, track expenses, approve invoices, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining scope and quality.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination : Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction at every phase.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project records including change orders, daily logs, inspection reports, and punch lists. Report regularly to the Area Manager on project progress, challenges, and needs.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution : Anticipate project risks and implement effective solutions to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Area Manager and internal teams to ensure alignment across departments, maintain a smooth workflow, and support overall project success.
