With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General / Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand, effectively overseeing all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs, identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence, managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM / Owner, leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and following uniform and policy guidelines, communicating and managing customer concerns with GM / Owner effectively, maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard, and ensuring clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians.
Qualifications include Xactimate estimating, ability to hire and manage subcontractors, job pricing / material pricing for rebuilds, material ordering and coordination, experience in equipment, asset and financial management, understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling, aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message', ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth, strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
Compensation : $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
