Seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist in Boulder, CO!
We are losing a valued team member but this brings new beginnings. We are looking for a qualified RDH that goes above and beyond for their patients.
Our practice is a mostly fee-for-service practice that offers cutting edge treatments and products. Dr. K heavily values Continuing Education for himself and team we are frequently pushing and advancing what is possible in dentistry.
We are fully digital with Dentrix and digital radiographs. Our seriously amazing team values each other and the patients and are looking forward to welcoming a new member!
Position details :
- 2-3 days a week, 8-5. Flexible on actual days
- Pay range is based on experience and skillset ($50-65 per hour)
- Periodontal diagnosis & treatments in line with the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP)
- Must be open to taking CE trips & courses (sponsored by the practice, and with sufficient notice)
- Long term means we are a stable team and office. We have declined DSO purchase offers and Dr. Kwiatkowski will continue to be the owner for the foreeable future
- Hygiene patient population is trusting in our office and has been for a long time. We look to continue that relationship
- Must be open to professional and practice growth. Despite the office patient population growing we need to maintain the upmost integrity in treating our patients
- Standard requirements apply : RDH license, BLS certification, anesthetic certification
- Absolutely essential to be a team player and have a "can do" attitude. We are all in this together and a rising tide lifts all ships! We work together to change people's lives!
We are looking to fill this position immediately. Once this position fills we will most likely not be looking for another RDH for a very long time.
