We’re partnering with a top Milwaukee-based firm to find a skilled Litigation Paralegal. This role supports a team of attorneys, primarily focused on litigation and workers’ compensation matters. The firm is known for its strong reputation and collaborative, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct formal and informal discovery, including locating witnesses, interviewing individuals, and preparing medical chronologies.
• Gather, organize, and analyze medical, employment, and academic records relevant to legal cases.
• Communicate with clients to gather critical information about discovery responses and accident details.
• Draft preliminary responses to discovery requests, such as interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.
• Maintain and manage a calendar system to track discovery deadlines and client response timelines.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, mediations, arbitrations, and other significant legal events.
• Coordinate independent medical examinations and compile necessary documentation for expert review.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation and workers' compensation.
• Knowledge of medical records and their relevance in legal cases.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
