MB Attorney Search has been exclusively retained by a highly regarded Milwaukee-based law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Partner to lead and grow the firm's Commercial Litigation practice . This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business to join a well-managed, entrepreneurial environment where you'll have the freedom to develop your practice with full support.

What You'll Do

Manage and expand a diverse commercial litigation practice in areas, which could include :

Insurance defense & coverage

Subrogation

Business litigation

Medical malpractice defense

Construction litigation

Real estate disputes

Provide strategic leadership, mentor colleagues, and guide the future of the litigation team.

Handle true litigation work—trials, hearings, strategy, and client development.

A commercial litigator with 10–20+ years of experience .

A portable book of business with the drive to expand.

Someone energized by true litigation —trying cases, leading strategy, and developing strong client relationships.

A leader who thrives in a collaborative environment but values independence in building their own practice.
