A company is looking for an Appeals Specialist responsible for monitoring and tracking the status of appeals related to the Advocate program.
Key Responsibilities
Log and track all appeals received
Review appeal and supporting documentation, including Summary Plan Documents
Document appeal status and outcomes in the Qiclink system and coordinate responses with business partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
2 years of experience handling medical claims appeals required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required
Ability to analyze claim situations and take appropriate actions
Ability to learn new systems
