This role serves as the main point of contact for Specialty Pharmacy partners. Youll support both internal teams and external customers by helping them with onboarding, system access, ordering issues, contract questions, and overall account troubleshooting.
Youll work closely with pharmacy representatives to understand their needs, support growth opportunities, and make sure all transactionslike orders, pricing, and contract updatesare accurate and completed on time.
A big part of the job is relationship management : keeping existing partners satisfied, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Youll also help analyze reports, support implementation meetings, and provide updates that improve customer experience and partnership performance.
