Project Engineer - Civil Engineering

(Burke) is looking for a well-rounded Project Engineer to join our team in Northern Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a smaller office environment where your expertise will be valued across a wide range of civil engineering projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage diverse civil engineering projects from concept through construction
• Conduct and review municipal engineering plans and development proposals
• Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture
• Adapt to a variety of tasks and project types in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Supervise, review, and mentor staff members
• Other assignments as needed
