Principal Supplier Quality Engineer

The York, Pennsylvania site of BAE Systems is in search of a Principal Supplier Quality Engineer to lead their Procurement Quality Support Engineering (PQSE) Team for a specific vehicle platform.

Reporting to the Procurement Quality Program Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Leading a team of Junior and Senior Quality Engineers and Technologists;
• Floor support initiatives and investigations;
• Non-conformance reporting and trending;
• Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) involvement and trending;
• Supplier First Article planning and review, APQP / PPAP.

Note : This position is full-time onsite with travel of up to 25%.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $105254 - $178931

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
