Operations Production Support Specialist

IDR is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join one of our top clients in Hartford, CT. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and conducting medical assessments over the phone for potential clients interested in long-term care benefits. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Operations Support

Conduct telephonic interviews and provide outstanding customer service. Verify personal information and administer cognitive screening tests. Accurately document personal health information while ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with our clients team to support operational measures and service standards.

Required Skills for Operations Support

1-3 years of experience in a medical office, pharmacy, or similar setting. Proficiency in medical terminology, particularly related to prescription drugs. Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
