Job Description

Manage all aspects of data center construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Supervise on-site construction teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and success. Oversee project documentation, including reports, permits, and change orders. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the construction process. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on deliverables and timelines. Provide leadership and guidance to foster a productive and motivated on-site team.

The Successful Applicant
