Role : Enterprise Sales Leader - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Position Overview :
The Enterprise Sales Leader - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, is responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth across targeted industries and geographies. This role positions Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform solutions as part of our client's broader digital transformation offerings. This sales leader will build trusted relationships with clients, Microsoft account teams, and internal delivery leaders while consistently achieving sales targets and expanding our client's market presence.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and account penetration strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecast discipline.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close opportunities, ensuring both profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
Solution Positioning & Proposal Management
Position Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as key enablers of digital transformation.Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored proposals that address client-specific business challenges.Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to C-level executives.Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
Leverage and expand relationships within Microsoft account teams, PDMs, and industry leads to maximize co-sell opportunities and incentive programs.Represent our client within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, strengthening alignment and joint go-to-market efforts.Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.Job-related Experience
Customarily has at years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE or Power Platform solutions.Proven track record of hunting and closing new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.Established network and relationships with Microsoft account managers, PDMs, and industry leaders.Demonstrated ability to engage and sell at the C-level across complex enterprise buying cycles.Job-related Skills / Attributes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.Skilled in pipeline development, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
