A company is looking for a Lung Transplant Clinical Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates pre-transplant evaluations and assessments

Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates

Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team

Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and related procedures

Required Qualifications

1 year leadership experience

1 year of transplant or critical care experience

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)

Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS)
