We have been strong for 30 years in providing quality healthcare workers. Qualification Requirements : At least twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years in a similar role within a public or private institution (Note : Internship experience does not count towards the required experience).

Active LMFT license as per the requirements stipulated in Business and Professional Code 4980.36. Completed a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities Include : Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical treatment interventions, including brief counseling, group therapy, and individual counseling.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care and participate in care planning and coordination. Perform assessments to facilitate transitional care planning, linking patients with community resources and services post-release from the corrections department.

Provide Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) in both individual and group settings.

Develop and contribute to treatment and care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate discharges and transfers. Engage with institutional rehabilitative partners and custody staff to assess patient participation and progress in services.

Attend case conferences, training sessions, meetings, and committees as directed.
