Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a SNOW Application Designer to join their team. As a SNOW Application Designer, you will be part of the support and consulting services team, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and industry best practices.

Design and implement optimal ServiceNow solutions that support business processes and meet or exceed functional requirements.

Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure technical feasibility and identify areas to streamline implementation efforts.

Assist in quality management reviews, ensuring all business and design requirements are satisfied.

Configure ServiceNow solutions and support the technical team with custom development and testing activities.

What's Needed?

Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly at an advanced level (P3 or higher).

Strong understanding of business analysis and process design.

Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
