Overview

The P erformance Creative Marketer supports the strategy and execution of digital ad campaigns, influencer content, and organic social initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who’s creatively minded, analytically curious, and eager to learn the ropes of performance-driven marketing and content development.

You’ll spend the majority of your time helping to brainstorm and build ad creatives that align with client goals, while also pitching in on influencer campaign coordination and ad campaign efforts. The rest of your time will go toward team operations and special projects that keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Draft creative briefs and ad concepts in collaboration with the Creative Strategy team
• Review and log raw content for new ad creatives, identifying gaps or creative opportunities
• Conduct competitor research to spot trends in ad formats, messaging, or hooks and compile ad inspiration for your ad creatives
• Document performance trends from our top-performing creatives to build a creative testing roadmap of future ad creatives that will be built
• Help maintain creative approval sheets and ensure assets are delivered to clients on time
• Partner with the design team to coordinate edits and updates to ad creatives
• Collaborate with clients to understand their creative vision, brand guidelines and key messaging to develop ad creative assets
