All new  full time CNA hires in the nursing department will get a sign on bonus of   $1500.00   (paid in quarterly installments upon successful completion of initial 90 day probationary period);

An additional, employee bonus of $ 250 will be paid after 30 days to  New  CN A hires working full time (five full time shifts per week).
