Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product positioning.
Provide customer feedback to inform product development and marketing.
Use CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) to manage pipelines and track engagement.
Represent the client at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups.
Help shape pricing models and value propositions for early customers.
Meet and exceed revenue targets while contributing to overall company growth.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4 - 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience.
Proven experience selling software or technology solutions to property management, PropTech, or real estate clients.
Demonstrated success in taking a product from 0 to 1 and building revenue pipelines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in fast-changing startup environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales automation tools.
