Family Medicine Hospitalist

Springfield, Illinois

Position Highlights :

  • Work-Life Balance : 7 on 7 off day shift only with 24 days of PTO
  • Desirable Practice Setting : 9 Family Medicine trained providers with APP and resident support
  • Favorable Call Schedule : Only 4 days of call a month, never back to back days
  • Culture : Positive, collegial, learning environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Salary : Guaranteed Salary based on experience
  • Additional Bonus Incentives : 10% of total base salary paid quarterly
  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package : Excellent benefits package comparable to all academic institutions
  • Relocation Assistance : $10,000
