HR Service Center Representative

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Rep to serve as a central point-of-contact for Human Resources needs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a resource for colleagues and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

Provide support in navigating complex HR needs and engage with HR Centers of Excellence and Business Partners as necessary

Deliver excellent customer service and support in all HR-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

1 year of experience in human resources or related fields is required

Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred

Experience in recruiting, colleague development, or benefits administration is beneficial
