Objective
Within our Silvercote business, a Warehouse Worker/Materials Handler is responsible for movement of production materials and finished insulation products. This position assists the insulation lamination machine operator with lamination production, quality control, and safety to ensure products produced meet and/or exceed the standards of the customer’s order. This role is vital to the success of our business, as they are ensuring that our customers’ orders are correct and undamaged.

The work is performed in non-climate controlled environment with moderate noise level. This job frequently requires the employee to stand; walk; sit; use hands; climb stairs; climb portable ladders to heights of up to 15 ft.; balance; stoop; kneel; push; pull; reach overhead; read; talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions. The employee should never attempt to lift more than 50 pounds.
Compensation Range
$13.00 - $30.00The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
