I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
- Oversee the planning, monitoring, and execution of Texas Automated Nutrition System development and transition, which includes software development, data migration, system reporting development, training development, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop, maintain, and report on project schedules, work plans, deliverables, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
- Establish, oversee, and evaluate processes used to ensure project teams are adhering to procedures consistently.
- Confirm scope and schedule changes are documented, approved, and understood by stakeholders and project team members.
- Monitor and manage project activities to verify project deliverables are on-time, complete, and fulfill project requirements.
- Take responsibility for issue management and resolution and risk identification and mitigation, while empowering and motivating the team to have a sense of ownership over their project area.
- Assists with developing criteria related to evaluating project assignments and other pertinent project needs and information.
- Assign duties and responsibilities and coordinate the work of project staff.
- Follow all TDA policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required
working as a project manager using the Texas Project Delivery Framework.

working with major Information Resources Projects

working with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS)
Preferred
Certification in Project Management (PMP).
