Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Marketing Director located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading market planning, managing the marketing team, conducting market research, and developing marketing strategies. The individual will also collaborate with the sales team to enhance market presence and drive business growth. Daily tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, overseeing promotional activities, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.

Excellent verbal / written communication skills and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and creatively in a team-oriented environment and with the patient and private sector.Detail-oriented, personable and confident. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally represent the company as a spokesperson.Prefer 7+ years experience in Marketing with heavy emphasis on digital / social.

EDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Business Management, or other relevant discipline. 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least two years leading teams at a senior level. Experience in healthcare is required.
