1. Assess patients' needs for intravenous (IV) therapy, including medication administration and fluid management.

2. Develop and implement individualized IV therapy plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

3. Insert, maintain, and remove peripheral and central venous access devices (VADs).

4. Administer IV medications, fluids, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).

5. Monitor patients' responses to IV therapy, identifying and managing complications.
