Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain various technical documentation, including user guides and deployment plans
Translate technical designs into clear documentation for users and administrators
Support Agile delivery by documenting backlog items and ensuring alignment with release timelines
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT systems or software development
Experience in translating technical concepts into clear documentation for diverse audiences
Familiarity with Agile documentation processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
