- Rail experience

Safety Program Leadership
Lead, coach, and monitor the implementation of the Company Safety and Health Program.Champion behavioral-based safety initiatives like Safety 24 / 7.Ensure regulatory compliance through the Safety and Health Management System.Operational & Team Leadership
Actively engage in daily operations while guiding safety staff.Supervise, mentor, and empower safety personnel to drive performance and continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative environment that promotes learning and accountability.Audits, Inspections & Incident Management
Oversee safety audits, inspections, and conversations; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.Lead incident investigations and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents in the company’s data system.Strategic Safety Initiatives
