Senior IT Project Manager

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategy and Planning :

• Responsible for managing the overall performance and delivery of complex, large / cross-functional projects that range up to $10M; including scope, schedule, risk, issues and budget
• Define project scope, resourcing, budgets and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors / partners
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead and manage Project / Program Steering Committee
• Lead and manage proposals (RFPs) as applicable
