- 6+ years in web-focused software engineering, with recent, hands-on coding experience.
- 4+ years leading and scaling engineering teams
- Proficiency in Laravel (or similar backend frameworks), Python, Node, SQL, JavaScript / TypeScript, React (or similar frontend frameworks)
- Strong ability to evaluate trade-offs, make pragmatic product / engineering decisions, and connect technical work to business outcomes.
- Proven history of shipping software reliably and predictably while maintaining quality.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to adapt based on audience.
- Dependable, decisive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive impact.

This hire will actively contribute to our client's codebase, while growing and empowering a high-performing engineering team.
