POSITION SUMMARY

The Inventory Management Analyst will support the day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations including 3PL warehouses. This role will also assist in analyzing and providing recommendations, and help supply chain team to implement the recommendations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Input information into the system or data base and generate daily reports.
• Maintains logs and records of required documentation.
• Monitor 3PL daily operations including customers complaints and compare daily
• Interact with cross-functional departments (such as sales & marketing, warehouse, demand planning, PMC) to respond to requests and questions.
• Ensure that cycle count cycles are being worked in most efficient manner and with required frequency.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to improve supply chain operations.
• Run daily inventory comparison. Perform inventory analysis and prepare inventory reports.
• Explain any perpetual inventory issues encountered to management.
• Overseeing supply chain related activities to ensure customer requirement are

met / exceeded and collaborate regularly with the internal and external teams to improve customer experience.

EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience of minimum 3 year of data analysis in supply chain in a manufacturing industry
