A company is looking for a Field Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities for customers and installed machines
Resolve operational issues in the field through troubleshooting and customer needs assessment
Collaborate with sales members for machine demos, installations, and customer training
Required Qualifications
BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
3-5 years of mission-critical field service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities
