About this Position
ChristianaCare is searching for a Corporate Director of Finance to be responsible for the strategic leadership and financial oversight of the Newark Campus. The Newark Hospital of ChristianaCare is a level 1 trauma center and the campus includes a Pediatric Center, the Center for Heart and Vascular Health, the Helen F Graham Cancer Center, and an outpatient surgicenter. The campus has over $2B in annual operating revenue and this position will provide planning and financial expertise while serving as the onsite liaison between the senior leadership team of the campus and Corporate Finance. This role will serve on the senior leadership team of the campus as well as on various committees at the campus as deemed appropriate.

Annual Compensation Range $163,945.60 - $278,720.00
This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
